I had 7 windows replaced a month or so ago and am very pleased with this company! They are very efficient with their service; always arriving on time and staying in touch while the work is being done! I worked with Greg and Jerry getting my estimate and felt free to text Greg at any time with questions or comments. When the window installation was complete, I had a few questions and Greg and Jerry came right out the next day and took care of my couple of questions. I would recommend them highly if you want or need any new windows or doors installed!

We had a fantastic experience with Empire. They installed 17 windows in our 50 year old home. The team was fast, professional, and the end result was beautiful. The company owner personally came to our home a number times to make sure the project was moving forward and the crew had everything they needed. When they were done, he inspected each window to make sure they were installed just right. I highly recommend Empire for window replacement!

Jerry's crew replaced my all my house windows from 1980. They took their time on getting it done correctly. If there was any manufacturing defect on any part of the window. It is taken care of with no hassle by Jerry.

This is actually an update to a review I posted on 1/30/23. At that time, Empire had replaced four windows for me and I was thrilled with the results. A couple of months after that review ***** and his crew came back and replaced an additional nine windows and I am even more ecstatic. Having been through a full summer and the better part of winter, these windows and Empire's workmanship have met every expectation. The house stayed cooler during the summer and it has stayed warmer all winter. I really couldn't be happier with the job done by Empire and the results I have gotten from the windows. I absolutely recommend talking to ***** before choosing any other contractor for windows. The price was fair, the work exceptional, and the overall experience of working with ***** and his crew was extremely pleasant.

I hired this company to install 2 large windows and a sliding patio door.They were on time and the installation was very professional. The staff were very nice and the job was done In less than a day. The owner Of the company ********************* came over the next day for a walk through. He found an issue and He took care of it right away. I will use this company again and I will refer them to my family and friends.

Empire Home Improvement installed four new windows in my house at the end of last September (September 2022) and I am thrilled with the results! My house is approximately 120 years old and they replaced the third floor (attic) windows. The old windows were original and leaked nearly every time it rained and the wind blew. The new windows look fantastic and, after four months, I am totally satisfied. The crew did a fantastic job of getting the windows installed, despite the obstacles this old house presented. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were great about cleaning up afterward. I can't say enough good about the experience. I am planning to replace additional windows this Spring and I will be calling Empire Home Improvement when the time comes! I highly recommend this company!
